Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Wolof School and any person purchasing, via https://wolofschool.com, access to online learning content and services designed to learn Wolof.
2. Registration and Access
To use the services, the user creates a personal account and provides accurate, up-to-date information. Once registration is confirmed and payment is validated, access to the content is activated. The user is responsible for ensuring their equipment (computer, smartphone, browser, internet connection, etc.) is compatible with the platform.
3. Prices and Payment
Offer and subscription prices are displayed in euros for French-speaking users and in US dollars for English-speaking users. Wolof School may change its prices at any time; however, the price charged is the one shown at the time of purchase. Payment is made by bank card and/or any other secure payment method offered on the website.
4. Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly depending on the offer). Cancellation can be done from the user’s account area or by emailing: contact@wolofschool.com.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Where applicable, the user benefits from the legal 14-day withdrawal period. In addition, Wolof School offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if the user is not satisfied, they can request a refund by emailing contact@wolofschool.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
6. Use of the Services
Wolof School services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, transferring, reselling, lending access, or making the account available to third parties is prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without notice and without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All courses, documents, videos, materials, audio recordings, learning sheets, quizzes, and any content provided remain the exclusive property of Wolof School. Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for the duration of their subscription. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wolof School aims to provide a stable, reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access (maintenance, technical incidents, force majeure, etc.). Wolof School is not responsible for how users apply the knowledge gained through the content and classes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Wolof School’s registered office.
